Practically all Mastodon-compatibile apps (except for Ivory on iOS) will work just fine, too.

Notes

This is an invite-only server, registrations will not be enabled for the foreseeable future. You can contact me via email or DMs to register, but I don't have to invite you if I don't want you in. This is not anything personal, I just want a community of people I can trust.

This instance is running iceshrimp.net, which is software that is currently in beta. There are missing front-end features that may make this a bit clunkier to use than expected, which is why I've provided front-ends above to use. iceshrimp.net is undergoing rapid development, according to them, they expect to have a full release by Q1 2025, so by then most of the jank should be gone!

Database clean-ups are scheduled around 7AM CEST, keep that in mind if you experience slow-down around that time!

Finally, backups are done at 3AM on Saturdays in CEST, the instance will be taken down for an hour or two while the backup is being made.

Content Warning Rules

  1. Usage of deragatory slurs should be used behind a content-warning, even if they are directed at a friend. However if these are used at random strangers that don't know you, and they report you, then consider it falling under Server Rule 3/4.
  2. All related lolisho/cub art should be tagged as such.
  3. Violence of any sort should be tagged, blood, excessive gore, etc. count towards this.
  4. Other kinks will be tagged as such too; if you think your porn would put off the most vanilla person in the world (excusing their heterosexuality), it should be tagged.
  5. Any and all world politics should have a CW, ESPECIALLY if they're distressing. There is no tolerance for the attitude of "but people need to see it".
  6. Nudity, even of the artistic variety, will need to be content warned; this is specifically put here for people coming from Aethy, which had a lax policy on this (no judgement, of course).
  7. Not a hard-and-fast rule, but try to refrain from using "NSFW" if at all possible, it's very non-descriptive. Use descriptors like "lewd", or "nudity", or "violence", it's much more helpful.
